Customs Fees And / Or Import Taxes
We work with FedEx to manage all our international shipping.
Different countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
We’ll work hard to avoid your package experiencing any Customs issues, but in the end we don’t pretend to have intimate or extensive Customs knowledge of the entire world, and we can’t guarantee you won’t experience delays or be charged duties or other fees. After we’ve shipped your bag, all taxes and fees are your responsibility.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect.

Please note, this order is a PREORDER, and will ship once ALL items are available to ship direct to you. Nordepack will use this money to secure a production time with the factory, thus NO refunds will be allowed on PREORDERS. Once all items are produced, we will bulk ship to our warehouse, and will begin shipping orders direct to customers.
*Please be aware – Due to factory schedules, transit schedules, and internal schedules, PREORDER ship timelines can fluctuate 30–90 days from original shipping ETA.
Nordepack does all they can to mitigate these risks, and will update customers if any challenges arise to postpone the original ETA.

Special Reminder We’re sorry but we don’t currently ship orders to P.O. Boxes because:
- We like to ship directly to you, so we can be sure where the parcel ends up.
- We like to always use the same courier, so we can guarantee the quality of service.
- We like to hand you the parcel, so it doesn’t get crammed or crushed in a small box.
If you try to ship an order to a P.O. Box, your order will appear as ‘canceled’ and you’ll receive an email from us letting you know. In this case, please get in touch with us to give a residential address and we’ll send it out right away!
